The foundation sets the tolerance for everything that follows. DCI works from the geotechnical report and structural drawings to build foundations that carry the load, keep the frame plumb, and hand off a level slab to the trades.
We coordinate directly with the surveyor, structural engineer, and framing contractor on layout, embeds, and elevations. The result is a foundation ready for framing on day one, not a punch list of corrections.
