DCI — Design Concrete of Nevada

Our Process

Seven stages, one team, one accountable outcome.

DCI runs the concrete package as a single, coordinated scope — from the first review of the drawings through close-out. The same team stays on the job from beginning to end.

Stage 01

Consultation

Introductory review of the project, the drawings, and the site. We identify the concrete scope, the finish standards, and the risk points before pricing begins.

Stage 02

Estimating

A concrete package priced against the current drawings, the specifications, and the master schedule. Assumptions, clarifications, and alternates documented so the number is one the GC can rely on.

Stage 03

Engineering review

Mix design, reinforcement, embeds, and sequencing coordinated with the structural engineer and architect. Submittals prepared and shop drawings issued.

Stage 04

Project planning

Placement plan, formwork layout, finish protocols, and testing plan confirmed with the GC. Site logistics and crew mobilization scheduled to the master calendar.

Stage 05

Execution

The same DCI team that priced the work runs it in the field. Formwork, reinforcement, placement, and finishing handled by our own crews to the standard of the drawings.

Stage 06

Quality control

Testing, inspection, and finish documentation carried through the work. Deviations addressed on the same day, not on the punch list.

Stage 07

Completion

Final inspection, sealer application, close-out documentation, and turnover to the follow-on trades. The concrete leaves the site ready for the finish trades that come next.
